Refund Policy

Unused credits

You can request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Email support@taikhoangiare.vn from your account email with the order code shown in Billing. Refunds are sent by bank transfer, usually within 5 business days.

Spent credits

Credits already consumed by successful requests are not refundable. If a purchase has been partly used, we refund the unused portion.

Failed requests

You are never charged for failed or empty responses. Credits reserved for image, video and voice jobs that fail are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.

Billing problems

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days with the request time and model, and we will investigate and credit your balance where appropriate.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds for accounts suspended for violating the Terms of Service, or where refunds are requested repeatedly in bad faith.
