Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy explains how the TaiKhoanGiaRe API and dashboard may be used. It is part of our Terms of Service. It also incorporates the usage policies of the model providers whose models you call.

Prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, and non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, or voice clones of real people without their documented consent.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property.
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
• Instructions for weapons capable of mass harm, or other seriously dangerous activities.

Prohibited activities

• Malware, phishing, spam, scams, or other fraud.
• Election manipulation or presenting generated misinformation as fact.
• Surveillance or aggregation of personal data about individuals without a lawful basis.
• Reselling or sharing raw API keys, or operating a competing API resale service.
• Circumventing rate limits, billing, safety filters, or the terms of other services.
• Attempting to access other customers' data or probing our systems for vulnerabilities.

Voice & media

The voice library contains licensed, pre-built synthetic voices. Custom voice cloning is not offered. You must disclose AI-generated audio or video where the law requires it, and must not use generated media to impersonate real people.

Enforcement

We may refuse requests, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. Credits on accounts terminated for violations are not refunded.

Report suspected misuse to support@taikhoangiare.vn with any request IDs or details you have.
