Do credits expire?
No. Credits remain on your account as long as it is active.
Am I charged for failed requests?
No. Empty or failed LLM responses are free, and image/video credits are refunded automatically when a job fails.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer via VietQR (all Vietnamese banks and e-wallets) through PayOS. Credits are added automatically within a minute of payment.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy for details.
Do you offer volume or enterprise pricing?
